My Most Anticipated Movies of 2019

Welcome to my blog. In this first blog post I plan to share with you my top ten most anticipated movies of 2019. If a trailer is out for one of these movies I have hyperlinked them so that you can watch them.

3. Captain Marvel (UK release date - 8 March 2019)

2. Spider-Man: Far from Home (UK release date - 5 July 2019)

1. Avengers: Endgame (UK release date - 26 April 2019)

I plan to review all of these movies in 2019. If there are any movies that you want me to review please tell me in the Comments Section.     I do hope you'll review Bumblebee, Alita: Battle Angel and Wonder Woman 2 in 2019? And what about old movies like Forrest Gump, Ferris Bueller's Day Off and Saving Private Ryan?

My Favourite Movies of the Decade

As 2019 comes to a close and a new decade begins, I wanted to look back at each year's best movie from the past decade. In this instance, I have only ranked movies that I have seen. 2010 . Despicable Me 2011 . Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 2 2012 . Avengers Assemble 2013. Now You See Me 2014 . Captain America: Winter Soldier 2015 . Star Wars: The Force Awakens 2016 . Deadpool 2017 . Logan 2018 . Avengers: Infinity War 2019 . Avengers: Endgame Avengers Endgame has to be my favourite movie of the decade. I will never forget the experience of seeing it on the opening weekend, with all the associated hype. I clapped, cheered, smiled and cried, all in the space of three hours. Goosebumps. Hopefully the next decade will be just as good for movies. Look out for my most anticipated movies of 2020 blog post in the next couple of days.

UK Release Date: 30 March 2018 Certification: PG Director: Wes Anderson Cast: Bob Balaban, Bryan Cranston, Greta Gerwig, Jeff Goldblum, Scarlett Johansson, Harvey Keitel, Bill Murray, Edward Norton, Koyu Rankin, Liev Schreiber, Tilda Swinton Rating: 65% Toby Dogge enjoyed Isle of Dogs too. Review: For an animated movie Isle of Dogs boasts an incredible cast, with acting legends like Jeff Goldblum and Bill Murray, to up and coming stars like Koyu Rankin and Greta Gerwig.  In Isle of Dogs , Wes Anderson relies upon a stop-motion animation technique that he first used in Fantastic Mr. Fox (2009) to create a story that is both sombre and heart-warming at the same time. The movie is about a Japanese boy called Atari, who’s parents pass away in an accident. He goes to live with his uncle who is the mayor of the fictional city, Megasaki.
