Murder can be prevented. Review: The acclaimed director Steven Spielberg has to be one of my favourites. He has directed more than 30 movies and Minority Report would feature in my top ten Spielberg movies. With brilliant cinematography throughout, Spielberg even manages to include a couple of gruesome scenes in Minority Report , like in some of his classics: Jaws , Jurassic Park and Saving Private Ryan . The two main cast members in Minority Report both give great performances. I thoroughly enjoyed Tom Cruise, who is known for his action roles, but is dramatic, emotive and distinct in the role of John Anderton.
