It is his tightest screenplay and has a plethora of personal performances yet he maintains the spectacular style...

UK Release Date: 03 June 2021 Certification: 15 Director: John Krasinki Cast: Emily Blunt, Djimon Hounsou, Noah Jupe, John Krasinki, Cillian Murphy, Millicent Simmonds  Rating:   87 % Silence is not enough Review: Cinemas are back and it was a brilliant event finally being able to experience my first movie for a year and a half in a cinema due to the pandemic. And to top it all off A Quiet Place Part II is an extraordinary horror sequel that deserves to be seen on the big screen.  I know and love John Krasinki from  The Office  and I think his performance in  A Quiet Place  was breathtaking and whilst he directed superbly in that movie this is his chance to display his talent as a director. The cinematography is beautiful, every single shot is picture perfect and utterly stunning to look at. From an outsiders point of view it seems absolutely effortless to John Krasinki to create an incredible sense of tension and suspense that left ...

UK Release Date: 16 July 2010 Certification: 12A Director: Christopher Nolan Cast: Michael Caine, Marion Cotillard, Leonardo DiCaprio, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Cillian Murphy, Ellen Page, Dileep Rao, Ken Watanabe Rating: 100% The dream is real. Review: Christopher Nolan has quickly established himself as my favourite director and after watching Inception , this view has been reinforced further. I love how h e is able to convey a complex story that is easy enough to follow on first viewing, but equally adds so much more on further viewings.  Leonardo DiCaprio is excellent as Cobb, a complex and intriguing lead character. Cobb's struggles with reality become more and more evident as the movie goes on and DiCaprio deserves full credit for this as movies tend not to be shot in chronological order. Cobb's partner, Arthur is played brilliantly by Joseph Gordon-Levitt (which probably landed him his role in The Dark Knight Rises , also directed by Christopher ...

UK Release Date: 16 June 2005 Certification: 12A Director: Christopher Nolan Cast: Christian Bale, Michael Caine, Morgan Freeman, Rutger Hauer, Katie Holmes, Cillian Murphy, Liam Neeson, Gary Oldman, Ken Watanabe, Tom Wilkinson Rating: 88% "Why do we fall sir?" Review: The cast assembled for Batman Begins is world class and the casts performance's are a large factor in the success of the movie. Christian Bale is extremely good in Batman Begins , his body transformation is outstanding and h is voice is the perfect fit for Batman . Michael Caine and Morgan Freeman are standouts and provide great performances in supporting roles. Every single piece of dialogue from both is quotable. I liked Katie Holmes in the role of Rachel Dawes, so I would have preferred her to stay on in the role in subsequent movies (rather than Maggie Gyllenhaal). And finally Gary Oldman who, besides Heath Ledger (Joker,) probably plays my favourite character in the whole trilogy, Jim Gordo...
