The world created feels immersive, transporting the audience back in time, due to intricate set-designs and a vibrant, swinging soundtrack.  As the film progresses, characters become entangled with certain members of the Manson Family.  Obviously, the Manson murders are a horrific part of history. Review: Christopher Nolan has quickly established himself as my favourite director and after watching Inception , this view has been reinforced further. I love how h e is able to convey a complex story that is easy enough to follow on first viewing, but equally adds so much more on further viewings.  Leonardo DiCaprio is excellent as Cobb, a complex and intriguing lead character. Cobb's struggles with reality become more and more evident as the movie goes on and DiCaprio deserves full credit for this as movies tend not to be shot in chronological order. " Review: I was unaware of the true events that inspired Ca tch Me If You Can , I thought it was a just another crime movie. I was pleasantly surprised w atching the story of Frank Abagnale Jr unfold. It was really interesting and I enjoyed the Dr. Connors plotline the most, particularly the "Do you concur?" scene.  As you may already be aware T om Hanks is my favourite actor. I found his portrayal of Carl Hanratty lacklustre and I didn't enjoy his performance on this occasion.
